You’ll be able to create your own custom flavored bread dipping oil, salad dressing,
or general use cooking oil after you have attended this class. We’ll discuss when
to use extra virgin olive oil versus regular olive oil, a hot process versus a cold
process, and more. You’ll also go home with tons of “mix and match” flavor ideas
as well as some cooking ideas. PLUS, we’ll do some bread dipping in class! Yum...
REQUIREMENTS: Bring your own olive oil and one or more jars to create some fun flavors.
We’ll provide every thing necessary for the “flavorings”.
